ELIGIBILITY
- The entry/campaign/service/brand was live, launched, aired, or been released to the public between 1 January 2021 and 31 August 2022 (Even if only part of it falls into this window).
- The entry has been created within the context of a normal paying contract and genuine brief from a brand OR, if it’s a case of self-promotion or a non-profit organisation, the brand has approved all of the media / production / implementation. (You have permission to enter this work from the commissioning brand/brand-owning company. We may request proof of this permission directly with the brand)
- You have included the brand contact details in the entry including name, position, and full contact details.
- 4. The entry should not be speculative or conceptual advertising and should not be banned or withdrawn from airing.
If you’re unable to meet all the requirements on this list, your entry may be ineligible for the Ad World Showdown 2024. Failure to meet any of these requirements could result in your entry being disqualified or withdrawn without a refund.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Entries across all Categories and Sub-categories (except Advertising Agency of the Year) shall be evaluated on the following criteria carrying equal weightage (10 points per criterion; 10 being the highest and 0 being the lowest that can be allotted):
- Insight/Idea
- Strategy
- Execution
- Impact/Reach/ROI/Results
Each criterion will carry the following weightage according to the respective category:

This Advertising Agency of the Year Award shall honour the agency which supersedes the others in the Grand Score. The Grand Score of each agency shall be an aggregate of following:
- The total number of entries made across all the categories of this year’s edition of Ad World Showdown (3 points per entry)
- The number of entries qualifying to the Top-5 nominations and their cumulative bonus points (5 points per nominated entry)
- The number of Awards won by the agency and their cumulative bonus points (10 points per winning entry)
GS = [No. of Entries] X 3 + [No. of Nominations in top 5] X 5 + [No. of Winning Entries] X 10
The verdict of the Evaluation process of the entries shall be final and binding, and the Ad World Showdown 2024 or its Jury Members shall not be answerable to any person or entity for the judgment.
