Inkspell’s AdWorld Showdown is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry (including Online Film & Video entries) acknowledges the right of Inkspell AdWorld Showdown awards to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.

Create an account/log in →Click on Submit Entry → Choose a category & sub-category → Fill in the details of the entry → Upload the project/work file or URL → Make Payment→ Repeat process for Multiple Entries

Create an account/log in → Click on Participate in Agency Wars → Select the number of teams you wish to send → Fill in the details of the contact person → Make Payment → Add Members to the teams → Review Members and Submit once final
*Please note, no further changes can be made to the team members once you’ve locked your teams. The details added by you will be used for event collaterals like passes, Jerseys etc.

Any company, organization, institution, agency, consultancy, group or individual which has created an account can submit any number of entries across all categories after paying the required fee online. However, all entries must be original and the entrant must either own the work or have permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits an entry, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition.

Any agency/service provider/consultancy dealing with marketing and advertising strategies/campaigns can participate for the agency wars. For independent participation, you will need a team of 5 members including designers and copywriters.

Any readable file format which clearly and comprehensively demonstrates the project/work in a way that it could be comprehended and assessed for judgment is accepted.

Last date for submission of entry under Ad World Awards is 18 October 2024.

Last date to participate in Agency Wars is 20 September 2024.

Yes, the same company/agency can submit more than one entry in the same category. However, all the projects nominated should have been executed from 1st April 2021 – Till date

Yes, the same company/agency can send more than one team. We have bulk discounts available for entities sending multiple teams.

The same project cannot be submitted separately by two different entities. However, any project could be submitted as a joint entry by two or more entities in unanimity.

Yes, you can make the desired changes by visiting your history dashboard and clicking on the edit button against the appropriate form ID. However, once the form is locked post submission and payment, you cannot make any changes.
